I found one about 5 days ago
they are really amazing creatures =]
he would walk everywhere on me without hurting me
i saw him eat 2 spiders it was nasty but interesting
i really enjoyed having Lucky for two days and learned alot about him
i let him go so he could live in nature
Mantids actually make good pets! But like anything, you have to take good care of them. If you want to see a mantis drink: An clean eyedropper works well. Hold the tip in front of the insects mouth and squeeze the bulb just enough for a small drop to hang on the end of the dropper. You may need to gently bump the drop against its mouth so it realizes you have water. If it is thirsty, it should start drinking from the dropper. Often they will even wrap one of their fore-legs around the end of the dropper to hold it in place. It looks like they are drinking from a bottle!
